Rally your family, neighbors and colleagues to join you. Register and create your fundraising page. Then Walk. Run. Ride. at the time of your choosing the weekend of Friday, October 30th through Sunday, November 1st.
Share photos and/or videos with us on social media with #PCH5K. Choose your day and your starting line. Walk. Run. Ride. can be anything you want it to be — a run on a treadmill, take a family walk with your four legged friend through your neighborhood, ride a bike or scooter to your local park or a create backyard obstacle course. Do whatever feels most comfortable and at your own pace.
If you are a team captain, encourage your team members to do the same. Some ideas: create a fun competition (even from a distance) for best walk route, best sidewalk start/finish, and/or best post-walk celebration.
No, we encourage participants to complete at their own pace. As this is a non-qualifying event, we encourage you to have fun completing your activity of choice.

We are going virtual. There is no cost to participate. We simply ask that you register and create your personal fundraising page. Every donation made to the PCH5K goes directly to making an impact in patient care. Now more than ever, the patients at Phoenix Children’s Hospital need your help.
As a registered participant, in lieu of the event T-shirt, the first 1,000 registered adult participants will receive, via US postal mail, a Phoenix Children's branded cooling towel and official event bib to display on your shirt.
The first 150 registered youth will receive, via US postal mail, a commemorative medal and Kids’ Dash bib.

While fundraising is not required to participate, it is encouraged! We understand that this is a particularly challenging time to be asking your friends and family for donations. However, we need your help now more than ever. Please log into your personalized participant center to discover new ways to fundraise! We have some great incentive prizes you can earn as a 'Thank You' from us for all of your hard work! Remember, 100% of proceeds from Phoenix Children’s Hospital 5K & Kids’ Dash goes right to the kids who need it most!

Set the tone and become the first to donate to your cause. Then ask your friends and family to donate to your page. Share your fundraising page link on social media and through email so they can donate through a secure site with their credit card. You can also accept cash and/or checks.
Funds raised through the event will benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hope Fund—helping to launch critical new programs, purchase essential equipment, conduct cutting-edge research, provide charitable care, and more.

Include an offline donation form with your cash and/or check(s) payable to “Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation” or "PCHF". So you and your team get credit, include your name and your team name. It may take up to seven business days to process your donation and have it reflected on your fundraising page.
Yes. Once your team captain has registered, go to your personal fundraising page, click on the drop down box, and chose the team you would like to join and click on “Save Fundraising Changes”. You won't have the option to join the team until he or she has registered and created the team.
Absolutely! At any time after you register, you can go to your personal fundraising page, click on the drop down box, and choose the team you would like to join and click on “Save Fundraising Changes”.
Incentives will be mailed October 19, 2020 for all donations received by October 9, 2020. After this date, incentives will be mailed on or near November 16, 2020. Incentive fundraising closes at 11:59pm on November 15, 2020.
Champions of Courage are a special group of adults (age 13 and above) who individually raise $500 or more and youth (age 12 and under) who individually raise $250 or more! Along with many thanks from Phoenix Children's Hospital, those who achieve Champion of Courage status by October 26th will receive recognition on social media and amazing incentive prizes.
